Australian owned and operated from our South East QLD Head Office, ER24 Australia was established in 2008 to meet the needs of the mining industry. Since then, our reach has expanded to encompass a one-stop-shop model with a wide range of services to the resource, oil, gas, mining and construction sectors including Paramedics, Registered Nurses, ERT’s, Security and Medical Consultants.
By working seamlessly within our clients’ operational frameworks, we build strong partnerships while exceeding our contract KPIs and maintaining the highest standards of quality service delivery.
Performance to date includes all contracts completed on time, within budget and with an exemplary Environmental Health and Safety record.

THE ER24 WAY
We provide expert, high quality solutions to the resources, oil, gas, mining and construction industries in the areas of pre-hospital emergency care, medical, occupational health, emergency response, evacuation, health & safety, security and safety services.
We integrate our delivery package seamlessly into our Clients’ existing operations by developing tailored services to suit our Client’s specific needs. We focus on providing exceptional standards and professional, contemporary delivery while adding value and building solid partnerships.
In line with our focus on excellence, we have a variety of strategic relationships, allowing us to draw on expertise, personnel and networks which in turn add value to the products we deliver to Clients. Key partnerships include links with Southern African companies, ER24 RSA and CareFlight; Central Queensland Helicopter Rescue Service (CQ Rescue); Central Queensland University; and the Medicross Group of GP Clinics.

Our Team
As one of the co-founding members of ER24, Matthew has been with the Company since its inception in 2008. His 20 year career with the Queensland Ambulance Service and his time spent working in, and managing, rural and remote ambulance stations gives Matthew a unique insight into the challenges of delivering excellent pre-hospital care in settings with limited infrastructure.
Matthew’s contribution to the establishment of ER24 includes recruiting the Company’s leadership team, developing Clinical and Corporate Governance structures, formulating Policies and Procedures, obtaining the Company’s Queensland Health drug licence, developing and achieving ER24’s ISO 9001 and OH&S certification.
Matthew has had input into all areas of the business including recruitment and employee relations, contract negotiation and implementation as well as compliance, auditing and ER24’s continuous quality improvement initiatives. Matthew’s distinctive leadership style sees him making regular site visits, remaining accessible, involved and accountable at an operational level. His grasp of the mine site environment and understanding of the Client’s priorities have seen him instrumental in the development of new services including Security, Return to Work Co-ordination services, on-site vaccination clinics and other value adding offerings.
Matthew is a highly motivated, energetic leader with a hands-on management style who focuses on the best outcomes for Clients and achieving excellent results.
