Our doctors understand the unique requirements and dynamics of occupational healthcare. They understand the complexities of service delivery in challenging environments and are well versed with the need to keep lost time injuries to an absolute minimum.
ER24’s experienced medical team provides 24/7 cover for advice/support and authority for front-line emergency staff to administer certain higher schedule drugs – a requirement of our conditions under the State Government Health Departments Drug and Poisons licensing provisions.
Doctors are contactable through a variety of mechanisms depending on the capacity at a particular work site which may include phone, digital or satellite means. Our 24/7 telemedicine support also includes video conferencing across several digital platforms.
