Our Health & Wellbeing Coordinator liaises with client representatives regarding the health, well-being and rehabilitation of ER24 employees onsite including formulating suitable duties plans for injured workers and overseeing a rigorous return to work clearance framework for work related or non-work related injury/illness.
As part of this service and in conjunction with the Health Advisory Committee, the coordinator also reviews, researches and communicates changes, updates and improvements in clinical protocols to the broader business. ER24 also coordinates on-site vaccination clinics which may include flu vaccination campaigns or offering booster shots for tetanus or whooping cough.
