ER24 work to create an integrated partnership with our clients to provide expert security/emergency response teams, paramedical and nursing services. Our aim is to be proactive in safety awareness, site injury minimization and assist in health promotion through our links with ER24 Paramedical Services and ER24 Medical Officers. We strive to promote safety in and around the workplace and link this effort to ongoing First Aid training sessions for all employees and to promote the best possible recovery of patients on site.
ER24 has an integrated partnership with Pararescue Training Pty Ltd to provide ongoing professional development skills maintenance for all our staff and clients from training in a wide range of First Aid courses, Low Voltage Switchboard Rescue and Emergency Rescue courses.
ER24 aspires to the vision of ‘Zero Harm’ in the workplace and community and our focus at ER24 is to deliver a professionally high standard of patient care, regardless of the time or place of the incident. We believe that ‘best practice’ must be utilized and pride ourselves in continuously improving our patient care delivery and our clinical focus. Quality assurance is met through set protocols and an internal audit process through the ER24 Clinical Governance Framework which is reviewed and endorsed by our Clinical Focus Group and State Health Departments.
